Chad White in his blog wrote, at the Email Expereince Council (EEC), they certainly get asked the same questions again and again:
- Is it okay to email people that I haven’t emailed in over a year?
- What is the average rate of list churn?
- What is the best day of the week to send email?
- In the wake of the latest CAN-SPAM ruling, what has changed?
After a while, it dawned on them that it might be helpful to aggregate the answers to these frequently asked questions. So they reached out to their members and started the wheels turning, figuring out which questions to address and how best to answer them. Many months later, they are happy to debut their list of Email Marketing Q&A’s.
