I found it pretty interesting to read that Apple's MobileMe service blocks outbound emails to addresses @spamcop.net. Apparently because they were having problems getting blacklisted on SpamCop and implemented this as a way of reducing their number of SpamCop spamtrap hits.

I wouldn't expect this to be a very effective way of eluding a SpamCop listing—-but, I think it’s silly to sign up to receive bulk mail using an email address at a domain of a major RBL.

Maybe its too early on a Sunday morning but I don't see where mobileme is blocking domains, rather I read it as mobileme traffic isn't making it to spamcop domains.

My read was that MobileMe is blocking outbound smtp to addresses @spamcop.net - which are the hosted email accounts at Spamcop.
