Last week, Synacor and FastMail joined other major mailbox providers by introducing complaint FBLs – powered by ReturnPath, which increases the number of FBLs available today across the internet. This is a great contribution to the global fight against spam, providing an avenue to report spam. As we already know, a complaint feedback loop is a great way for senders to minimize complaints & complaint rates; and improve sending reputation across outbound mail traffic.
Synacor offers a robust, customizable and secure email solution for a large number of ISPs (including Qwest Communications, CenturyLink, WideOpenWest and others), supported by a unique anti-abuse platform. FBLs will come from IPs 66.45.29.185 and 67.217.228.241; confirmation and FBL messages will come from feedbackloop@fbl.synacor.com.
FastMail has been in the email services business for the past 10 years, with a large customer base. FBLs will come from IPs 66.45.29.185 and 67.217.228.241; confirmation and FBL messages will come from feedbackloop@fbl.fastmail.fm.
